Lemon Drizzle Hi-fi tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 2 sponge fingers, each cut into 4 chunks
  • Juice of 1 small unwaxed lemon, plus a little zest to decorate
  • 2 level tsp lemon curd
  • 200g plain quark
  • 2 x 115g pots fat-free no-added-sugar lemon yogurt
  • 150g strawberries, hulled and 1 halved to decorate, the rest thickly sliced
  • 2 Lemon Drizzle Hi-fi bars, very finely chopped
