Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-hot. Cook the sausages according to the pack instructions, turning frequently, adding the bacon for the final 10 minutes of cooking time and turning the bacon halfway.
- Meanwhile, spray a non-stick frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and place over a medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms, onion, tomato and potato and fry until everything has softened and the potato is golden brown.
- Heat the beans in a small pan until piping hot.
- Crack the eggs into a non-stick pan and cook to your liking. Assemble your breakfast on a large plate, adding brown sauce or tomato ketchup if you fancy it (1 Syn per level tbsp).
