Syn Free Pitta Pizza

Instructions

  1. Place into the blender the fresh basil, garlic, tomato puree and tinned tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  2. Using a pastry brush add a layer of tomato sauce over the pittas.
  3. Add one slice of cheese along with a sprinkling of oregano.
  4. Place in the air fryer grill pan inside the air fryer and cook for 3 minutes at 160c/320f.
  5. Slice and serve.
